INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Butler School District 53 and the Village of Oak Brook have entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement to hire a full-time information technology support employee. When working for Butler School District 53 this position will report to the Junior High Principal and when working for the Village of Oak Brook this position will report to the Information Technology Manager.
This position provides technical support services for all computers, printers and other associated devices. The IT Support Specialist position is also responsible for configuring computers and other associated devices, responding to assigned Help Desk calls and troubleshooting assignments. The IT Support Specialist will follow both the Butler School District 53 and the Village of Oak Brook policies and procedures and assists in enforcing both the District's and the Village's technology policies.
