Publications
The ILCMA publishes a monthly newsletter, City/County Management
in Illinois, and the annual directory Who's Who in Illinois City/County
Management. The newsletter provides a vehicle for information exchange
among the members on topics of general interest. It also serves
as a forum for advertising available positions in the field and
for informing members of relevant upcoming events throughout the
state. The directory serves as the personal and professional "yellow
pages" for city managers, assistant city managers, and state
and county officials.

Resource Guide
This resource guide has been prepared by Kurt Bressner, former
Village Manager of Bensenville, Illinois, to assist local government
in using a very potent business resource: the Internet. The
Internet Guide is broken down into two sections.
The first is a quick overview of how to connect to the Internet
and a review of the seven tools of the Internet. The second section
offers some specific reference points on the Internet which may
be of interest to local government including 20 uses of the Internet
for local government.
