The City of Olivette, MO (population 8,500, budget $12 million) is seeking its next City Manager. Incorporated in 1930, the City of Olivette is an inner ring suburb in the St. Louis region. The City of Olivette is a full-service city including police and fire/ambulance with a council-manager form of government, comprised of a five member, at-large council who select the Mayor on an annual basis from its membership. The City Council appoints the City Manager to run the City’s day-to-day operations. Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in public administration, political science, business, finance or related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Salary range $120,000-$145,000 based on qualifications and experience. Residency is not required.
