Employment Opportunity – Management Analyst
Kendall County is seeking a Management Analyst to join its Administrative Services Department. Reporting directly to the County Administrator, the Management Analyst will perform administrative and management work designed to supply professional support to the County Administrator and other members of Kendall County’s leadership team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of complex tasks and special project assignments related to strategic management processes, budget, risk management and safety, human resources, and shared services initiatives. This position is also responsible for managing all external Kendall County communications and supporting internal communications, as needed.
Essential Functions:
A successful candidate for this position must be able to perform essential job duties including, but not limited to all duties included in the job description.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires either (a) a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field AND a graduate degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, or related field; or (b) an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (occasionally may be requested to attend County Board and Committee meetings outside of regular office hours).
- This position’s office location is on-site in Yorkville, Illinois.
Benefits:
- Base salary: $75,000.00 per year/DOQ
- Approximately 14 1/2 paid holidays per year (the holidays are approved each year by the Kendall County Board).
