What the job is: The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is an integral part of the Finance Department’s operations by:

  • Preparing various billing statements and invoices,
  • Processing miscellaneous billing data from invoice to payment,
  • Coordinating collection processes.
  • Supporting daily Finance Department operations with excellent customer service
  • Being an essential team player!

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration or a closely related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience, with emphasis on municipal customer service and administrative support


The salary range for the position is $66,757 to $90,122, with occasional opportunities for overtime.
