What the job is: The Customer Support Specialist assists the Village by:

  • Provides outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Fulfills Freedom of Information Act requests.
  • Performs cashiering and payment processing for a variety of payments.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Provides administrative support during emergencies or during special projects.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related experience

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $55,171 – $74,481.
