Village of Hinsdale, Customer Service Representative

The Village of Hinsdale is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Finance Department on a part-time basis (24 hours per week, three days per week). This role serves as the first point of contact at Village Hall, assisting residents with payments, registrations, and general inquiries while supporting the Finance and Parks & Recreation Departments. The position requires strong customer service skills, accuracy in handling transactions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The pay range is $25.04 – $36.79 per hour, depending on qualifications.
