The Village of Lake in the Hills is currently seeking an experienced professional to serve as our next Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Division. A successful candidate will demonstrate experience administering a broad range of human resource management functions, including recruitment, retention, policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefit programs, training and development, and HR compliance related duties. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Assistant Village Administrator and is responsible for one direct report, the Human Resources Coordinator.
The starting salary for this position is $93,574 – $116,923, depending upon experience and qualifications.
