WE ARE HIRING! Join our team and become our new full-time MANAGEMENT ANALYST. Responsible for providing professional support in the development, administration, and coordination of various organizational functions and programs of the Community Development Department.

Reviews, develops, implements, and administers policies and/or standard operating procedures.
Identifies, analyzes, writes, and monitors status of Department grants and other funding sources.
Assists with budget development, preparation, and presentation of agenda items to the Village Board as requested.
Serves as the main point of contact for Department software needs and assist in technology implementation and upgrades taking
into account Department operations and short- and long-term needs.
Researches and performs administrative studies; prepare a variety of reports, including confidential staffing analysis.
Supports the daily administrative and customer service functions of the Department.
Participates in community and Village events as required.
Qualified candidates should…
Have knowledge of Tyler software, including EnerGov and Munis.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, planning, or otherwise related field.
Have at least three years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in a local government, planning, community development, or related setting with progressive responsibilities.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe products, web-based software, and computers.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be able to lift or exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, as well as see, read, write, talk, hear, grasp, and reach.
Be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Full range: $68,677 – $96,148 (the hiring range is DOQ)
