ILCMA/WCMA Idea Exchange

ILCMA and WCMA are co-sponsoring an “Idea Exchange,” a virtual networking event designed for participants to learn from their peers and use breakout rooms to facilitate organic discussions.

This Idea Exchange will focus on programs designed to develop interest in a career in local government, both in administration and public safety. Participants will learn from their peers’ successes and challenges implementing various career development and education programs. Takeaways will include outreach partners to help create a pipeline for developing talent and recruiting future employees. Some of the programs that will be discussed include ELGL, a police explorers post and a student fellowship program.

There is no fee for this session.  A calendar invitation will be sent to members of both associations.
