The Conference Committee plans and organizes the summer and winter conferences. The Conference Committee is divided into two sub-committees in order to divide the labor of planning the conferences.
The Committee make-up is as follows: two representatives from each affiliate (one to serve on the Summer Conference Sub-Committee and one to serve on the Winter Conference Sub-Committee) and a representative from the host cities for the summer and winter conference when appropriate. There should also be geographic representation on each of the sub-committees.
Summer Conference Committee
The Summer Conference Sub-Committee plans and organizes the principal annual Association conference held in June, which includes the Annual Business Meeting.
Winter Conference Committee
The Winter Conference Sub-committee plans and organizes the Association conference held in February.
