The City of Batavia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Analyst to join our Public Works Department. As the first to serve in this newly created role, you’ll help lead improvements in efficiency, transparency, and innovation. This role supports a variety of high-impact initiatives, from managing FOIA requests and coordinating infrastructure projects to assisting with budgeting, strategic planning, and data-driven reporting. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and have at least one year of relevant experience in budgeting, project administration, data analysis, or public policy. Municipal government experience is strongly preferred.
This full-time, on-site position is based at the Batavia Public Works building. The hiring salary range is $79,112 – $92,897 DOQ, with a full range up to $109,084. The City offers excellent benefits including BCBSIL medical plans, IMRF pension, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
