The Village of Lisle is seeking its next Customer Service Manager responsible for planning, directing and managing the day-to-day customer service support functions, including cash receipting, utility billing, business licensing and registration, and commuter parking.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field. Excellent public service skills. At least 2-3 years of customer service and supervisory experience, preferably within local government. Familiarity with OpenGov local government software suite is preferred.
This is a FLSA-exempt position with an excellent benefits package, including health and life insurance, IMRF pension, vacation time, paid holidays, and sick leave. The salary range for this position is $77,780 to $106,949 DOQ.
