The Village of Lisle is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join the Lisle Police Department as a Management Analyst. This position plays a key role within a collaborative team environment, supporting the department through a range of administrative and analytical responsibilities. Duties include budget administration, grant management, policy development, and managing various administrative functions. Additionally, the Management Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to crime trends and patterns to support informed strategic decision-making and effective resource deployment for crime prevention and suppression.
Bachelor’s degree required with previous experience in the law enforcement field. Candidates should have experience performing statistical analysis and research, as well as experience and/or certifications in areas such as SHRM, LEADS, or Law Enforcement Accreditation. Previous experience utilizing systems such as PowerDMS, Lexipol, OpenGov, and Frontline is a plus.
This is a FLSA-exempt position with an excellent benefits package, including health and life insurance, IMRF pension, vacation time, paid holidays, and sick leave. The hiring range for this position is $72,354 to $99,487 DOQ.
