Committee Composition
The International Scholarship Ad Hoc Committee shall be comprised of no less than three and no more than five ILCMA members. The ILCMA President shall select the Chairman. The Committee Chairman shall recruit the additional members.
Award Process
The Committee shall process applications with reference to the program purpose, scope, and criteria. This will include a review of written materials, interviews with applicants, and a panel discussion.
The Committeee will select the grantee(s), prepare a report, and submit the name of scholarship designees to the ILCMA President for review, approval, and award. The results will be reported by the ILCMA President or Chairman at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
The Committee Chairman or a designee of the Committee shall moderate the Winter Conference program. Also, the Committee shall work with ILCMA staff and the scholarship participants to ensure that the written report is published in the ILCMA newsletter, on the website, and in other appropriate forms.
